This is a home studio in Westport CT. Please call ahead or email to get my address and confirm space.

These lessons are open to everyone 16 years old or older. Wear comfortable clothes and be on time. Mats are provided.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION LESSONS:

Length: 50 - 55 minutes
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
In the first session I will spend a lot of the time asking questions
I will move your body gently with my hands and ask you to move quietly and slowly

Cost: $150 for an Introductory series of 3 classes

$75 per class thereafter
